Can’t beat the price they look great I’ve ordered 3 jersey takes a bit to get them but worth the wait

I was super excited for the jersey I ordered. For some reason, the first one I ordered never arrived, so they sent another, which arrived about 2-3 weeks after the reorder. When the jersey arrived, the quality was top-notch, but I had one issue. I ordered a 3XL, but the Jersey tag shows 3XL; it's actually the 2XL measurements. I have reached out to support, but have not received a response.

Ordered Mariners Hello Kitty jersey. Very slow shipping, tracking number did not update for nearly five weeks. Jersey is not authentic Nike gear despite tags and branding it to be authentic. Sizing is completely off, runs multiple sizes too small. Refused to provide refund despite advertising 'hassle-free returns' and '30-day money-back guarantee.' Terrible customer service.

It's a little too big for me, but the quality is excellent anyway.

The process started off shaky and took a while to get the jerseys to me. They provided me with new tracking numbers which allowed me to accurately track the order. I’m very satisfied with these jerseys. Great quality!

After I ordered a Seahawks jersey and paid for it I Googled HotgearCo. The results were discouraging. I believed I would not receive the jersey and would have to contest the $79 charge.
I emailed their customer service who quickly responded saying it would be three weeks or more before I received the product. More doubt set in.
Today, about a month later I received the Jersey just as it was described in the ad.
Although their online reputation is tainted, their shipping is very slow HotgearCo delivered.
Im glad I kept the faith. I very much like my new Jersey.
If they could speed up shipping it might improve business.
